Communications support is a cornerstone service provided by Dailey and Associates. We regularly design bespoke programmes for a wide variety of clients.

Communication programmes

Media training and presentations support are the most common services we provide. Support is delivered in small group or individual training settings and face-to-face or virtually with an overt emphasis on coaching for awareness and performance.

We are often asked to design programmes with specific organisational aims in mind: sharpening product messaging, strengthening sales pitches, preparing investor roadshows and optimising panel performance. Our programmes often help executives display more emotionally nuanced behaviours with clients and supporting the embedding of cultural and organisational change.

Workshops and event facilitation

In addition to providing training support, Dailey and Associates also delivers leadership and team workshops where executives want to identify start-up strategy, recalibrate strategic positioning and messaging, or manage issues and possible crisis scenarios.

Given Mark’s background in television, Dailey and Associates also specialises in chairing events, facilitating corporate off-sites and moderating high-level discussions.
